Returning all items from your order is free of charge within Germany. Request a return label from us when you declare your cancellation. If you do not use a return label provided by us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The same applies to partial returns of not all items.

Please note that we can only accept returns of goods that are undamaged, unused, complete, and—if possible—in their original packaging.
