Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped via UPS.

We charge a flat rate of €6.95 for shipping within Germany. For shipping costs to all other EU countries, please see below.

For orders with a total value of €50.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge. The stated shipping costs include transport and packaging fees, as well as the statutory German VAT of 19%.

We do not ship to parcel lockers, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or other non-EU countries!

If you wish to have an order shipped to another European country not listed here, please send us an email at shop@niegeloh.com. Please include the specific item(s) and quantities you require, along with the full delivery address (including postal code, city, and country). We will then promptly inform you of the applicable shipping costs.

Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 days; international delivery takes 3–5 days.
